Gluten-Free Quinoa Pear Teething Biscuits

These gluten-free Quinoa Pear teething biscuits are the perfect homeopathic solution to your baby's teething phases.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Quinoa Flour
  • ½ cup Tapioca Flour
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • ½ cup Fresh pear puree
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg (or cinnamon)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a bowl add the quinoa flour, tapioca starch, coconut oil, ripened pear puree, nutmeg. Combine everything into a soft dough.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of mix and roll it in your hands forming a long finger shape.
  • Place the cookies one next to another on a baking sheet lined with some parchment paper
  • Bake to 300F for 20 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cookies inside for another 10 minutes to get firm and hard.
