Gluten-Free Raspberry Jam Oatmeal Bars

Simply delicious gluten-free raspberry jam oatmeal bars made with raspberry jam preserves, coconut flour, brown sugar, and gluten-free oats. These bars are low in sugar and made to be enjoyed by everyone!

  • 1 12 oz Jar Raspberry Jam

Oat Bar Mixture

  • 1 1/4 Cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Gluten-Free Baking Flour
  • 1 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 2/3 Cup Dark Bown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp Plant-Based Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Salt


  • Preheat Over to 350° and spray small pyrex or square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Oat Crust & Topping

  • In the work bowl of a food processor, or working by hand with a pastry cutter, or two forks, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and salt. Add butter and pulse (10-15x) or cut with pastry cutter or forks if using hands until the mixture is crumbly.
  • Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and spread raspberry jam evenly over the crust. Add remaining oatmeal topping over raspberry jam.
  • Return to oven for 20 minutes and bake until top fruit is bubbling and topping golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes.
