To kick off the new year I created a list of my favorite 50 + gluten-free, vegan and plant-based products. After almost ten months of trial and error, I wanted to share my findings with my followers. Many of you don’t know this but these past months have been one of the most trying periods of my life. Carbs are my love language. Especially when it comes to breakfast. Being forced to omit fresh baked breads, muffins, scones, pancakes and waffles from my daily regimen, leaves me questioning the meaning of life. These Gluten Free Breakfast Products have really helped keep me on track.
For the past 10 months I have been adhering to a gluten-free, semi vegan lifestyle. As a semi vegan I don’t consume dairy and eggs, but I do eat meat. My specific dietary restrictions are N.E.W.D – no nuts, eggs, wheat and dairy. This specific diet is very tricky because most items are either gluten free OR vegan. The quantity of products that are both, is very limited. Mainly because folks who suffer from a gluten allergy often times have no aversions to eggs, dairy or nuts. Moreover, most vegans can consume wheat.
