Hello and Welcome

I'm Renia, the content creator, and curator behind the Houston-based blog Gristle & Gossip AF*. I started this blog as a way to highlight my life as a professional foodie, but in 2018, following the birth of my daughter Emory, the vision for my blog shifted. At nine moths old Emory was diagnosed with various food allergies. It was then that I decided to use this space to highlight delicious allergy-friendly recipes, products, and a glimpse into my life as an allergy mom!
