1/2 lb. ground fajita beef burger; with caramelized onions, poblano peppers, asadero cheese,
avocado & chipotle mayo

Dom Fajita Burger $16.99
1/2 lb. ground fajita beef burger, capocolla, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, arugula,
brown mustard & spicy mayo

Cheese Fajita Burger $15.99
1/2 lb. ground fajita beef burger, cheddar with tomato, lettuce, pickles, onions, mayo & brown mustard

Green Chili Bacon Fajita Burger $16.99
1/2 lb. ground fajita beef burger, smoked bacon, green chiles, asadero cheese, guacamole,
pico de gallo, arugula & spicy mayo

Laurenzo, who is a graduate of the Culinary Institute LeNôtre, first created the fajita burger in his home kitchen. “My girls wanted a burger, and all I had was fajita meat in the fridge,” he said. “The results were so outstanding, I made them for my father, and he said they would be perfect for the menu at Laurenzo’s.”

The Fajita Burgers are just one example of the Laurenzo’s influence on the evolution of Tex-Mex and American cuisines, where one style influences the other. Having grown up with a diverse culinary heritage, Domenic Laurenzo has been able to take what he’s learned to create new recipes and flavors; a tradition that began with his grandmother, Mama Ninfa Laurenzo, and was passed down through his father, Roland Laurenzo.
