“The Rain in Spain” with Chez Nous


Chez Nous is a modest restaurant specializing in fine French Cuisine, but once a month, for the past decade Executive Chef Stacy Crowe-Simonson and Owner Scott Simonson invite the community to a monthly food and wine convivium. Where each month a chosen region, varietal, wine maker, special occasion or a delicacy are highlighted.

This month’s theme was “The Rain in Spain,” where guests enjoyed four Spanish courses prepared by the chef and excellent Spanish wine pairings from Scott, the resident wine aficionado.
